We opened our doors in a tech environment serving a culturally diverse group of about 1,000 engineers, software programmers, R&D teams, legal, and administrative staff. We quickly realized we needed to simultaneously satisfy Indian, Japanese, American, and Southern cultures! This challenge led us to become more than just experts at wraps and salad bars. Combined with his expertise in fusion and United States regional cooking, Chef Darren develops menus and recipes that can attract people with international or sophisticated palates and traditional ones.

In addition to being a Certified Executive Chef, Chef Darren is a Certified Culinary Administrator and Certified Chef Educator. Chef Darren is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation and the Dietary Manager Association. He is also active with Hosea Feeds The Hungry in Atlanta, GA as well as World Central Kitchen and has traveled to cook and plan meals for people displaced by natural disasters.
